PROTOTYPE TESTS

Our drone utilizes custom systems in order to repair turbine blades and set us apart from our competition

FLIGHT TESTS

We've done flight tests to see feasibility of drone hovering with payload and how easy it is for a pilot to navigate area around blade unassisted by autonomous function

AUTOMATING THE PROCESS

We're implementing computer vision into the drone control in order to have a greater level of autonomy during drone flight, taking some responsibility off the shoulders of the pilots

EPOXY PUMP AND SQUEEGEE TESTS

Our unique repair system includes a servo-actuated squeegee and a pump to deliver epoxy to the blade surface

BLADE TRAVERSAL TEST

What separates us from other blade repair solutions on the market is the simplicity of our design. While others have whole separate complex systems for moving along the turbine blade from one repair site to another, ours uses its own propellers, motors, and tiny frictionless wheels to simply lean and glide across the blade.
